NO PETS, BIKES, ROLLERBLADES, SCOOTERS OF ALL TYPES, FLAME THROWING, BURNOUTS, DRONES, ETC. ALLOWED ON THE GROUNDS. NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES. NO MUSTANGS. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The 2026 Back to the 50's Weekend is presented in St. Paul, Minnesota, on June 19-21, 2026. All identification materials, windshield sticker and admission credentials will be issued by the Minnesota Street Rod Association. No admission permitted to the event for vehicles without the windshield sticker in place and no persons, regardless of age, will be permitted entry to the event without the proper credentials. Entry fee includes vehicle entry and admission credentials for two people to all activities of the event. Kids 17 years and under are free when accompanying participant in registered vehicle only.

ENTRY & ADVERTISING RELEASE

In consideration of this entry, car owner, entrant and family or guests agree to permit the Minnesota Street Rod Association the use of their names and pictures, and pictures of the vehicle for publicity, advertising and commercial purposes (including online, magazines, newspapers, radio, television and video) before, during and after the event and do hereby relinquish any rights whatsoever to any photos taken in connection with the event and give permission to publish or sell or otherwise dispose of said photographs to the Minnesota Street Rod Association. All publicity and advertising rights reserved by the Minnesota Street Rod Association.

LIABILITY RELEASE

In consideration of the acceptance of the right to participate and attend, entrant, participants, and/or spectators, by the execution of this liability release, forever release and discharge the Minnesota Street Rod Association and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and servants, and anyone else connected with the management, presentation or promotion of the Minnesota Street Rod Association’s annual “BACK TO THE 50’s WEEKEND”, and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and/or claims, from any cause whatsoever that may be suffered by an entrant, participant and/or spectator to his or her person or property. Further, each entrant, participant and/or spectator, through the execution of this liability release, expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing mentioned entities, firms, persons, bodies and/or organizations, of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrant or any participant or entity assisting or co-operating with entrant and under the direction or control of entrant, participant and/or spectator. The undersigned, by and through the execution of this release form agrees, on behalf of any minor children that the undersigned and/or his or her spouse may bring to the event afore referred to, that he or she has the authority to execute this agreement on behalf of said minor children and hereby agrees to the application of those terms as stated herein to said minor children, in their entirety. The undersigned and/or his or her spouse hereby further represent that he or she, by executing this release form, is acting both in his or her own individual capacity and, in addition thereto, in the capacity as the legal guardian of any minor child that the undersigned and/or his or her spouse may bring to the event.

OPERATION

Event management reserves the right to restrict entrance due to unacceptable behavior during any and all activities promoted and/or allowed by the Minnesota Street Rod Association at its annual “BACK TO THE 50’s WEEKEND” as described above. Any poor behavior on or off the fairgrounds upon which the event is being held and sponsored shall be considered reason for denying admittance of any vehicle and/or entrant to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds and the Minnesota Street Rod Association’s “BACK TO THE 50’s WEEKEND”. The interpretation of what may or may not constitute “poor behavior” shall be at the sole and exclusive discretion of the Minnesota Street Rod Association. This reservation of rights includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or any act or item of poor character which the Minnesota Street Rod Association may deem or consider to be objectionable to the well being of said associations annual “BACK TO THE 50’s WEEKEND”. Should the Minnesota Street Rod Association, or any authorized representative thereof, deem it necessary to evict or restrict any action and/or entrance on the part of any entrant, participant, spectator and/or his or her spouse, the Minnesota Street Rod Association shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for refunding any entry fees, except at its own discretion.
